DLC: Western Nameless Mausoleum, Dropped Gear not Appearing in Inventory

NG+4, First location/mini-boss found in DLC: Western Nameless Mausoleum

Killed Blackgaol Knight Boss. Message that all items dropped. None appears in inventory. Checked carefully, one weapon, armor items, etc at a time. Then checked chest, one weapon, armor items, etc at a time. Nothing.

I know this was a bug back in the day, but thought it was patched like two years ago.

Anyone else?

Same issue man. Idk what is going on. I'm going to verify intergrity of files and see if that works....

Just loaded my save and went to a site of grace, clicked Sort Chest and went to each individual armor tab and the items were there.

Update on OP: Tanking the above advice, I too verified the game files, reloaded the save and the items appeared in my chest. Thanks for the suggestion.
