[Item Spoliers] Transformations

I was looking at the wiki, and a couple of new items caught my eye. Basically a few items that let you turn into something else (of the three listed, two end in "heart" and one in "mask").

I manged to find an article with some detail on what one does (A "TheGamer" article titled "Elden Ring Brings Back Dark Souls' Dragon Transformation"), since the wiki has no details beyond the item description, but I want to know more about them.

Can anybody who's found any of them provide more details? Like, are they just visual change + armour boost + dedicated transform effect(s), or do they have more to them (do they change the dodge roll, etc?)

EDIT: Oh yeah, and are they actually consumables? They look more like tools that you re-use. If they are indeed consumed, how do you get more?

Bump, because I really want to know, and the rate of new posts at the moment buried this one in a minute.

Asking once more - if no one has any info, guess I'll just wait for the wiki to update, or a video/article to come out about them.

Go to shadow keep west side find the ladder that leads down it will have a painting go to jagged peak find the chair and when it despawns it will leave the rock heart lets you transform when naked and also once you kill the boss of jagged peak you get another one i think but havnt been able to kill him yet and yes it is reusable

Thanks for the reply - funnily enough, where to get them is the one thing I don't really care about at the moment, since right now I'm just trying to plan out some builds before I actually get the DLC. But knowing it's indeed a tool and not a consumable is great, so thank you.
