Miquella's hand not prompting

I installed the dlc.

I verified the files.

I uninstalled and reinstalled.

I kept making sure everything was downloaded and updated.

I live in the pacific time zone.

I have beaten Mohg and Radahn.

Is there a way to fix this or a way to get a refund for this DLC that doesnt even work?

Restart your steam? Restart your computer? There should be an NPC standing next to the hand. and just to make sure, Mohg the Blood Lord right?(or whatever his title is)

if you glitch into rahdan fight then it wont work you actually have to complete rahdan questline

good point, did you glitch into Radahn pre-festival or beat the Mohg fight by dropping underneath the map? Please provide context as to how you arrived at the "gate".

Quickest way into the DLC right at the start is to go fetch the two halves of the Dectus Medallion and activate the lift in order to trigger the festival, beat Radahn, then go do Varre's BS in Liurnia (skip past Stormveil) and fly through Mohgwyn's Palace. You don't have to fight a single enemy on the way. This should take less than two hours unless you get stuck on the bosses.

i have done every requirement re downloaded multiple times and have made 3 diff saves in the past 2 days meeting all the requirements

and yes i have dlc, but the wont let me refund

again -- did you glitch at all? the day 1 patch might have messed you up if you did.

i did in one of the 3 saves for the dlc when i relised that could be the problem i made another speeding through but doing no glitches
