How do I teleport back to the base game?

I jumped in to see what it looked like but my character is not quite where I want it. How do I get back to the base game map?

In the map, look down and read the controls.

the map has a tab option now to sort through the sites of grace

it messed with me too, at first

It says right along the bottom RB Show Lands in between map.
