Can't access Shadow Realms
im on ng+8 and defeated mohg and radahn BEFORE downloading the dlc, i cannot access it now as there is no interaction option on miquellas arm. what do i do?

Go to Elden Ring properties and go to DLC, and uncheck Shadow of Ertree. Validate game files. Then re-enable it. Should make it start the download.

This worked for me. Had same issues before.

same problem here.
killed Mohg and radahn stuck at the arm and don't have any option to interact.

Use the Cheat Engine to revive Mogh and Radan and kill them
