Where do you go after the Lion? (DLC)

It's a million dead ends with no clear indicator of where to go, pls help. I took the elevator up to the shadow covered tower but I can't do anything there.

Did you....read my thread? Where I said there's a million dead ends.....? So clearly I run around...what a useless comment.

We're in the same boat. I went West/Left at the start. Defeated the Dancing Lion and ran into the dead end with the Shadow Tower. There is a letter indicating to head East but I havent progressed past the site of grace east of the bridge that is east of Freyjas grace.

I am a moron because....the thing the game taught you from the start leads you to the next objective, in this specific case, leads to a wall....? Share your logic there buddy.

From the grace where you meet the guy who gives you the cross map (like the grace south of the castle gate grace) there's a bridge on the map heading northeast. go across that and find a way into the nearby castle

EDIT: I think the bridge is east from that grace, it's pretty long
