Sites of grace locations missing after SOET Update

I only have started sites of grace even though i've completed the entire game what the hell?

Same here. Beat the game and now I only have sites in like the bottom 3rd of the map showing. Whole map is open and icons showing, but no sites other than those at the bottom of the map. Also characters that shouldn't be at the Roundtable hold are now back, as if I've never been there.

I've just speedrun as much as i can, just need to beat radahn and mohg, i wonder if beating radahn is still necessary
