Can't get into the DLC

I've defeated both Radhan and Mohg, but I still can't seem to actually get into the new area :c

You've completely exited steam, re-launched Steam and then launched ER? If so, beats me.

supposedly there's another wait time to which I say why the hell would you release it and allow steam reviews if we have to wait more time? christ almighty

Should prompt you to touch the hand when you get close if your ready for the DLC. There is also a woman there who will talk to you about it and her friends who have already gone across. NO woman and its not going to happen. I have already done it. DId you download the DLC. Its not the update we got earlier.

A few things:
*Have defeated Radahn and Mohg
*If not working still reinstall whole game, that's the thing that worked for me.

Same, i'm on a new +++ and i've beaten them both on this save as well

Edit: Just went to my downloads and it said not enough disk space, so it downloaded enough to let me continue playing but not the full DLC

Restarting steam worked for me, and the download started automatically once I logged back in.

Go to the Moghwyn Palace in underground and teleport to the Cocoon of the Empyraen site of grace, there will be NPC and DLC access!

Friend of mine has the same Problem. Can anyone tell me if reinstalling helps ? He has slow Internet so, this is like the last option we want to try
