As far as I know there's no way to do this, but you can get yourself a DLC ready character with this mod:

Just make sure to follow the instructions in the requirements. :)

Pretty sure you just have to change the file extension, that's how I changed my normal save to Seamless. You will get banned though. Seamless Co-Op adds modded items and the game will detect them as soon as you connect. Theoretically you might be able to remove those items with Cheat Engine while offline but I don't know what else is in the save that might be detected.

Sure thing, OP! Here's my simple step-by-step guide:

1. Don't do it. You'll get banned.

As this mod introduces new items not found in the base game, it uses a different save file to the normal '.sl2' extension. This means that you cannot access your Seamless Coop save files in the base game, and vice versa. Do not revert mod save files back to vanilla save files, as you will likely get banned.

I just copied the coop save file then renamed and changed the extension overwriting the vanilla file; then launched it in offline. It is probably possible to remove them with cheat engine however I haven't done that yet and might not, instead I may just stay in offline mode and avoid the items in my inventory.

A friend tried changing the save file from .co2 to .sl2, and he is still not banned. the items from the seamless modes (for example; tiny jar) magically disappeared from his inventory.
