Unlocked FPS after update

I just purchased this game and only would do so if I can get unlocked FPS, which I could prior to update via Special K. Now after update, it won't load. What to do?

I want an FPS unlocker that will still let me connect online at least for putting down and reading signs. God forbid I want to have better fps.

You don't want to unlock your FPS because it destroys your Iframes on your rolls. Just buy lossless scaling and get x3 FPS with Framegen. Playing at 4k atm on a 3070 at 180 FPS

Wdym destroy your iframes ?
I think so far I played ER for 200 hours with frame unlocker and the only odd thing I've seen was the birds not the throwing the barrels in Stormveil.

I think so far I played ER for 200 hours with frame unlocker and the only odd thing I've seen was the birds not the throwing the barrels in Stormveil.

The games engine is built for 60 FPS. You can even check the wiki that it messes it up. On the fextra wiki it even mentions the iframes gain from different armor weights given you are on 60FPS as well as the trinket that increased iframes. Even trying to parry is messed up.

Maybe I'm cooked but I've never noticed any difference in base iframe playing at locked 60 fps or uncapped.

Dw I was the same. But it was noticeable that I was getting hit far less after going back to 60FPS and just using frame generation to emulate 180FPS keeping the engine intact. If it works though it works keep playing haha.

SK discord has an updated build for Elden Ring 2.2.0.0 (which is patch 1.12 that released today)

Now that I'm thinking more about it some attacks felt really hard to dodge, like the placidusax dive or the death birds explosion thingy, it's probably why haha. Very few attacks through the game though.

If you're using Flawless Widescreen to get higher than 60FPS i had to turn off HDR and put it in Borderless Windowed. I assume the patch broke something which im sure the developer of Flawless Widescreen will fix.

I dunno about that. I play much better at 120 fps. Far as I've known this and Sekrio don't have any issues with unlocked fps.
I find frame gen terrible, input lag and ghosting. Always a mess.

uberhalit's unlocker doesn't work, unless im missing something. elden ring crashes every time i open it with uberhalit's unlocker
