can i pre install DLC yet?
If you can, how because it does'nt let me do a pre-installation.

The DLC was already release in terms of pre-install. There is a 6GB patch that was downloadable like 10 hours ago or so. The DLC will unlock at the time it unlocks, so if you downloaded the 1.12 patch, you'll be fine.

The DLC will be an extra (15gb) download. This was just the dlc-support-patch.

When I opened steam an hour ago, it downloaded around 6gb for me? I guess that was the DLC?

no, that's just an update to the base game
