Hows the performance and does Elden Ring support frame gen?
Long story short I might have to rebuy the game because I sold my PS5 with all my ER save data on PSN. I might wait for the PS5 Pro but I'm not sure I'll be able to play at 120fps on it or even 60fps for that matter. I have a 4070S and got 120+ fps on Dragons Dogma 2 with frame generation and wondered if it's the same for Elden Ring

Fromsoft games are locked at 60FPS and no, there's no sort of frame-gen options unfortunately. However, you'll be able to hit 60FPS with ultra settings with a 4070 :)

Can't play online if you want high frame rate. Might as well not buy it.

Unless, of course, you cheat and use Lossless Scaling

Can play at 165 fps very comfortably

Just like another has pointed out, you won't be able to go online with mods...

Ain't a mod
External program that doesn't touch the game itself so you can play online with zero issues as far as I know

No way! Could you give me the name of this program, please?

$7 but it genuinely is worth every penny, has enabled me to play far beyond my machine's means as well as ignore fps caps
No idea why people don't talk about it more, it's actual black magic

Wow. Hidden in plain sight. Does it work like Nvidias Frame Generation?

Couldn't tell you the specifics of it, but as far as I can tell, it's pretty similar. Slight bit more input lag, a bit more in the way of visual bugs, but considering you can use it on pretty much anything you want, it's a fair trade.
