Release date is tomorrow in 17 hours (12pm EDT) but everywhere, including ads says release is the 21st

Why? Every single ad for all consoles / systems says June 21st but steam says 20 and unlocks in 17 hours.

There is a super cool thing in the world called Timezones.

What may be June 21st for some places will still be June 20th for others.

On the map released by FromSoft, PDT time zone has the dlc releasing at 1500 hours on June 20th for PC, whereas CEST has it releasing for 00:00 on June 21st
Subsequently, NZST shows it releasing at 10:00 on June 21st.

I'd highly recommend looking into Timezones around the world to get a better understanding

What you all don't seem to understand even though you are Steam customers, is that Steam gives two choices to devs. Early Access or Pre Load. It's up to the devs.
Clearly the devs have chosen early access just like it happened for the base game.

Because we want to play the game at midnight release like everyone else. How is that difficult for you to understand.

But.. You won't. You are not going to be playing at the same time as Playstation users because you would need to download the game while PS users have downloaded it 48 hours before.
