how to interact with hand in mohg boss room

its live now and I still cant interact with the hand. what gives? tried restarting my PC and leaving the area and coming back. killed all the bosses but no way to interact?

if no new npc is waitingin front of the cocoon you may have missed something or your region has not released yet.

I've already downloaded and got through both radahn and mohg, yet nothing appears for me to interact with in front of miquellas hand. I've restarted my pc and the game numerous times yet nothing. Help please? Edit: The game released in my region about 6 hours ago

It has to do with the “inappropriate activity detected" too I think. I live in Germany I don’t know if the game is available 2 days after the official release or it’s locked and I can’t even play online
