Well, some are suggesting on other forums you have to do it with a VPN. I use Mullvad for $5 a month, but there are free VPN options.If you purchase the game/product without a vpn, then you wont get banned for using VPN to switch the timezone.
What I am trying to figure out is if the release is even a rolling release at all, cuz if it is then VPN-ing to New Zealand would unlock the game tonight at Midnight or something like that. I
I already have a VPN. If its a rolling release, clicking two buttons to appear in New Zealand and play at midnight is not a waste of time.
I don't think Steam cares or even bothers to find out unless people use a VPN to buy games for cheaper than usual by spoofing a weaker currency with better exchange rates.

Yes, even without Preload, I will be playing it by 4PM tomorrow and my Playstation friends will be waiting 8 more hours to boot it at midnight looooooooool
