Does the dlc have a separate weapon upgrade system?

I've got a 130 and 150 ready to go. The 150 has the Larval Tears though...

That's good to hear. I dislike the MMORPG culture that's been imported to parts of the community where they insist on grinding to ridiculous levels to fight bosses or for the sake of leveling up and its cheap dopamine boost. Everything's got to be a skinner box for them.

I stayed at 150 because I'm not a grinding degenerate.

Just playing the game fully and doing the multiple NG+ you need for 100% achievement completion can easily put you at 200+ without grinding.

The real degenerates are the ones who stay at 150 on purpose.

you can get all achievements on your first playthrough. I think there was only one item that you could lose out on if you didn't find it before you progressed.

Tbf you can do that in the regular game. that weapon is waaaaaaaaaay too broken.
