How long to beat the minimum requirements to start DLC?

I stopped playing somewhere around the beginning of NG+3 and stopped. I'm overleveled at 200 technically but didn't account for having to be near the end game to start playing the DLC. How long would it take me to get to where I can play? I haven't followed the build up but have become aware to need to beat mohg and radagon and don't remember how long that can take on a focused run only going for the minimum needed to play the DLC. Thanks.

probably an hour or so. Do Varre's questline to go to Mohg early.

200 is not overleveled at all for NG+3

Starting from a completely fresh run, it would take a few hours at least. Since you're into NG+ and have decent equipment, you don't need to grind for any of that to speed things along. If you know what you're doing with Varre's questline, you can pare the time needed for that down a lot.

Using this method within 8 hours max you should be able to quickly levelup and plow through the required bosses and get the equipment you need. Theres lots of people doing Mohg right now so getting someone to help you with the boss is going to be easy, just make sure to return the favor and help out also. I personally like to help beat a boss once before getting help.

OK thanks for the reply and to the other poster as well. That's not too bad. Looks like I'll be OK for the DLC start then!
