four player co-op?

It would be nice if its possible to get one last update where it adds up to 4 player summons and allow 2 to 3 player invasions. I don't know why we always have to have a 3 man squad in game. It seem like an update that could be done without too much of a hassle. Did they give a reason as to why it has to be 3 player co-op for the summons?

I assume the amount of spells and chaos of 4 players is why they didn't make it so many along with balancing boss fights or invasions

just play seamless, i'm pretty sure theres an option so you can get invaded but not 100% sure

I'm aware of the mod , but want to have it incorporated in the actual game. If they any kind of community manager would discuss it, I'm sure alot of people will want this. having a solid 4 player party would be grand, and it can still push for invasions if needed, so its not just ganging up on one guy

You'll have to wait for the next game. i'm afraid co op as it is is going to stay terrible and limited for now.

But even fromsoftware admitted and acknowledged the mod recently and said they may implement similar features in future games.

Miyazaki actually talked about the Seamless mod somewhat recently and said he isn't opposed to the mod and might consider that approach for future games, but as far as I know nothing was mentioned of incorporating that style of coop into Elden Ring officially.
