Someone who spares a Poisonous mist scarab is nowhere to be found :(

well Godfrey the elden lord is still alive, that can be good, and if possible if the ashes of war cannot be dropped can I get the poisonous fang at lvl 1 or 12 fused with dex and the poisonous mist?

I can try to drop Ash of War directly, if you can't pick it up I'll drop you a dagger with AoW.
I don't have Poisonous Fang.
