Elden ring is crashing

I'm so done with this game,
I don't know how to find the crash log through Microsoft event viewer. I have 50 hours and it ran fine until now.
I have redownloaded and reinstalled ER with no change and honestly I've read so many threads with this problem I don't event know what the solution is.
I have a NVIDIA 970 GeForce GTX
16 GB of ram and a 64x bit operating system.
I tried to clear space on my C drive even though my appdata common file is on the D drive
and my computer says the driver is updated fully.

I'm not a computer prodigy and very tried from crashes so any help will be appreciated

When you open event viewer, look on the left side-bar. Drop down the "Windows Logs", and select the first option "Application". Then find the time for your error and click on it. Now under "general" just below it will display a lot of information. Simply highlight and copy+paste that log here for other people to check.

I can't help much with this but I can get you that far.
