Where are the best rune farming spots early 2 mid game?

you can reach it midgame with the seal that varré gives to you after completing his quest. its perfect to farm runes. a fextra guide is online just look up the varré questline. in liurnia it is after defeating godrick

To get to a PvP level or play the game.

You really dont need to grind.

1) KIll Night Cavalry by making it fall off bridge.. you have 45k runes
2) Kill the Sick dragon .... you get another i dunno 60K ...
