Do I need to do Seluvis' quest to do Ranni's quest? Please no spoilers.
I wanna do the Ranni quest, but I really don't trust Seluvis and I don't wanna give the potion to Nepheli. Please again no spoilers I just need to know if Seluvis' quest is required for Ranni's quest

Seluvis is not required for anything other than two unique spirit ashes and one unique amulet. The choice is all yours.

No but you need to do it up to the point where he hands you the second tonic if you want the Magic Scorpion Charm.
