have you other USB devices connected to the system ?
so far roll and sprint are in this game the same button (always) short tap the button rolls hold the button sprint. normally to stop sprinting you have to stay still.
i have no other USB inputs except my mouse and keyboard :(
the issue i am having is that the sprint gets "stuck" even when i let go of the button.
it doesn't matter if i stand still, the second i start moving my character keeps sprinting again.
it wouldn't be so bad if it didn't disable my ability to roll, but it does
what keyboard you use ?
is it a gaming keyboard ?
gaming keyboard ? the game has nothing to do with this behaviour at all it is using the windows directx input queue ?
the only way would be that your keyboard repeatly let the key pressed, this can be caused by a gaming device software in background.
keyboard is logitech (not sure the exact model/serial number if thats your question though)
uhh... i dunno? maybe?
i don't know what that is.
how can i find out?
i shut down any and all background apps when i play elden ring because i am notoriously superstitious when it comes to believing they somehow impact game performance.
ya XD
hold the dodge/roll button down to sprint
