the last you could test is for a faulty windows user profile, create a new windows administrator and start the game there, test again for a crash at the same point, if it not happen it is a faulty user profile if it happen again two options:
windows fault to a point where repairs do not work or a hardware problem
this is how to create a new administrator profile

Mohg and Radahn were both an issue because of this. Every time Mohg uses a blood attack, there was a slight lag and the same for Radahn and his gravity attack.
It's not acceptable in a game like this where timing is everything.
After trying everything I downloaded again Dark souls III and played it for while, It ran as smooth as oil, but when I checked for some errors this came up:

And I started noticing small graphic glitches over the screen. I give up trying to fix it, I’ll go to the PC shop and ask some questions.
Thanks for your time, I’ll let you know if things happen.
P.S.: Is it normal that my PC emits strong noises as if it was running the biggest software ever, when I just turned it on and was writing on Word?
When I checked the temperature from HWmonitor it stopped, maybe it’s normal, I’ll check tomorrow.
could be caused by the problems windows 11 has actually, microsoft screwed up windows 11 with the last two updates and want to fix it soon.
since the last update also my windows 11 freaks out with crashes at taskbar and windows internal functions (system repairs fixed it for a while till i tested elden ring and the problems appeared again) so actually we have to wait till microsoft fix this damn OS.
If I wait, write on word, or play some smaller in the meantime it doesn’t ruin the PC right?
Hopefully they have an ETA if not I can wait
i think a info will popup in the forum after microsoft fixed the actual problems, after the last few days where many windows 11 users posted they have suddenly crashes i got yesterday evening a info that windows 11 has actually a huge problem caused by windows updates.
since i have actually a lot of work to do i'm not fully informed what is going on at the OS side so the info was a aha moment what is going on.

thanks to sparhawk for the info, i'm to busy at the moment to check anything around this but others like sparhawk have a eye on it too.
