Golden Epitaph bug

The Golden Epitaph sword has its ability slightly bugged (For me at least), when I used it, my screen and my character shook, as if they were suffering continuous damage, but I didn't take any damage, just an animation of something hitting me , it is still possible to walk and do other things (It doesn't really interfere), but sitting in bonfires was not possible, as I got up right after I sat down, this effect lasts as long as the sword skill buff lasts, that is, just wait for it to end ( Or using Law of Regression) is enough to end up removing the buff/bug.

It is actually worse than that. There is a sequence, where you use another ash of war buff and a certain combination of tears in your physic flask, after you applied the Epitaph buff, which will result in an even more bugged state of like over 90% damage negation for all magic type damage with automatic heals whenever you are hit by magic, dodging physical attacks will heal you too and you will have like an automatic heal every 30 seconds or so.
This will not run out but last until you either die, use fast travel or rest at a site of grace.
And yes, this applies to PVP too, which is the reason I did not name that other buff or the correct combination of tears.
