Tragoth and Milicent against Draconic Sentinel

I'm on my 8th full game with a new character and something that I never saw before happened. I always do things different in each of my games.

For this one I ran through Gelmir before heading to Leyndell, so I've already given Milicent the golden arm and I have Patches' command to hunt down Tragoth, but I haven't done that (I always regreted killing Tragoth and the old knight of scaled armor) so right now I have Tragoth's red mark on the map.

I completed most of Gelmir and went across Altus to Leyndell. And right before arriving the back entrance guarded by a Draconic Sentinel, by the stake of Marika, two golden ally signals appear, for Milicent (with her golden arm) and Tragoth. I never got any ally here before, not even Milicent alone. I know both appear to fight the magma wyrm in the cave that's the back entrance to Altus, but none of them ever appeared here.

Anyone knows how this is trigered? keeping the Gelmir Manor's red marks on the map without hunting the Tarnished enables them to be summoned later?

I think Targoth is there always(unless you kill him before meeting with draconic tree sentinel lol), for Milicent you need to give her arm before she is able to fight(eventually you need to take down Godskin Apostle, but I quite doubt it's required).

never knew millicent could help for the magama wyrm in the cave, i had tragoth and boggart.
good to know for a next run tho. if you don't know, advancing the dung eater quest let you summon him for morgoth. and he is a killer in that fight
