Summoning
Hi I'm on Ng++ can random people get summoned into my world aslong as they're around the same lvl as me regardless of playthough? Or is it restricted.

yes, NG+ doesn't matter. only weapon and rune level

NG+ doesn't affect summoning. You can summon someone from base NG. It's all based on level range. Password summoning ignores levels and will match to yours.
