Can't find Nepheli anywhere.

I beat Godrick before meeting her and she wasn't at her usual location in Stormveil. So I went to the Roundtable Hold and she didn't spawn there either. Spoken to Gideon, no dialogue option.
Went to the Albinauric village and she hadn't spawned there. Took Selvius's potion to try and force her to spawn but no dice. Haven't dared to fight and beat Omenkiller yet as that could "finish" her objective in the village.

It's like she just doesn't exist. I dunno what to do, I'm concerned it's bugged...

Maybe in her second location in Roundtable Hold: downstairs from the left of Master Hewg?

She should be at the roundtable in the room before the merchant but if she isn't there then she should be at the village. If she isn't there I would kill omenkiller and she should return to roundtable down the stairs from the blacksmith Hewg. It's where you can give her the potion or the spirit ash.

Nepheli was bugged for me my last playthrough. But I just wasn't able to give her seluvis' potion.

Alas, it didn't work. I think the whole questline is bugged. Gideon hasn't even mentioned her once during my playthrough. Thanks for the advice though.

Old thread I know but i was having the same issue and I found that Gideon still sitting in the center room of the Roundtable Hold was stopping Nepheli from spawning. Once I talked to him and got him to move into his room (which i almost never do) Nepheli spawned right away. Perhaps that was a similar issue for you.

Either way thought I'd post in case anyone else has having the same issue down the line.

if you found axes at her spot in the albinuric village, i think you locked her out for the play through

search round table again,( not the downstairs location) she should congratulate you on beating godrick by giving that arsenal somthing talisman. Next is albinuric village, she is looking at dead bodies way below by the entrance or so, and I think next she is a summon sign for that omen killer boss fight. You dont have to call her.

You can review the wiki step by step, its all there. You dont need to call her, just kill omen and her quest progresses. By then she really stays at the round table hold. You cant progress seluvis quest and feed her the potion if she is questing, like godrick, omen killer....etc. you have to wait till she is not busy.

This worked for me!!! Talked to Gideon (Next to fireplace in Roundtable). He said something about me being a "Newcomer." Then left and came back and she was standing in the room before the two husks.
