Based on that I think the pricing is fair. I wil lactually decide if its worth it when the DLC releases and I can actually see what I am getting and how much gameplay I get from it.

If you think something doesn't worth the price then just don't buy it for that price, wait for a discount.
id say Elden Ring is worth 60, but this dlc to be worth 40 it needs to be at least close to Elden Ring base, and it wont be.
Everyone judges the "worth" of something individually.
