Report a translation problem
The deluxe DLC version includes both the original DLC soundtrack and DLC artbook. If you don't care for either of those, buy the regular version.
There is another small problem. I don't know what changes have happened to the store interface in other regions. In China, there are three purchase options with the same name but different prices. However, their prices differ by up to 200. I guess the most expensive one may include the soundtrack and artbook of DLC as you mentioned. The only things that are slightly cheaper are games and DLC, but there is absolutely no sign on STEAM to tell me if my guess is correct. Because it is really a little expensive, I dare not buy it easily.
