20,30,40,50 don't care. It's fromsoft.. it's elden ring. It's an expansion. I will buy it at release. FInally something to look forward to in times where most western games are beyond garbage.

I will get it too. Just a bit disappointed. A discount is always a nice gesture to a loyal fanbase.

The new additions looked amazing!

Really felt like candy for me:

- dark and gritty setting plus the opaque "veil" asthetic above the tree. That really was a nice touch
- that winged armor/cape? in that overgrown swamp area (maybe with a nice mechanic? I doubt it, but would be nice)
- curious about that hanging pot chamber -> hopefully more pot lore
- brazier and grafted dragon costume boss
- that horned bear incantation or whatever it was ;) -> hope it's an enemy
- hippo-porcupine boss
- the thorny spine guy

But no trace of Godwyn, or am I not seeing it?

"May we meet again" implies that we already met her XD and bringing back someone could be a possibility.

Ranni's voice is "cuter", more dramatic and Malenia's rougher and more mature.
Cannot think of anyone else who would make sense in a narrative way. My money is on Melina or Fia.

Depends on what ending they chose objectively for the maingame also.

Yeah, but at the same time... Idk how to explain it, but it feels like her. But 'alive' her. The voice sounds like her, but less... ethereal? Maybe it's a version of her pre-Godwyn's murder? Can't wait for 1 hour long theory videos abt the trailer

Coming to think of it: it could well be Miquella. Technically we met him before in Mogh's Arena. He is described and portayed as female looking.

This could explain the new area around the Haligtree in a time "before".
