I use one website to checklist all stuff i find in the game (weapons, armors, keys, and so on), but I get tired of it.
it there any program, like save file reader, that just check my savefile and fill in checklist automatically?

Yeah, Excel Spreadsheets, you put in each item for the game, and check off when you get it.
