By the time you get to the end game, you should be good enough to play through it.
Radahn as your first boss and Mogh as your second trough Varre's quest.
But Mohg (and his whole area) would be an INSANE difficulty spike if you do this skip, so it's a moot point. It's an end game area meant for RL100+ characters with fully upgraded weapons.
Radahn specifically is mentioned for plot reasons in the interviews.
But varre accepts any shardbearer, so radahn into Mogh is a least amount of bosses killed route.
Also killed Mogh at 20+0, so....

Asking for help is for Bussies, be a man and smash your head into your monitor until the boss dies.
You'll also need to be good enough to fight endgame bosses in order to progress in the DLC anyway...
