no, but i can share a cautionary tale:

i had a dedicated bleed build I was running (offline pve, don't @ me) and I learned that you can get Varre's mask for bonus damage, so i did his quest and killed him. no mask. killed mohg, still no mask. looked up how to get the mask and realised that i locked myself out of it about 30 minutes prior to looking it up

i got it ASAP in ng+, which still took quite a while, but then i realised that it didn't go with my drip, so after all the build up, i only used it a few times and stopped wearing it
