Kill Radahn
you are good
I think people are estimating the DLC to be balanced for around a 120-150 starting point, so you're probably massively overleveled already for it unless you're a few NG+s in.
Don't DLC bosses scale with NG+ tho? Seems like it would be harder in ng+5 even at a very high level. You can already hit soft caps by end of NG1 run
Base level means pretty much nothing. DLC uses a Sekiro-esque item based levelling system to act as a multiplier for your based game stats. i.e. Your stats from the base game are not that important. Provided you are over lvl100 you're probably fine and that still might be very generous.
What is more important in regards to levelling is probably weapon levels and smithing stones. Ideally, you probably want to kill the Godskin duo for the final bell bearings.
