Can I transfer my Xbox save to pc?

I had previously been playing on Xbox and gotten decently far into the game, but now I am trying to move over to pc. I have searched up this subject but I haven't been able to find a conclusive answer. Any information would help a lot.

Finish it on xbox and then come back and do an alternate ending with a different build on PC. After you get all the endings, you can download a save that has every item unlocked and then u can mess around with a ton of fun builds in PVP.
