Am I the only one getting 30 fps?
I play on my laptop with 3050 Ti and an i7-11800H. Most reviews I've seen have the consistent 60 fps with the same specs I got. Is there a way to optimize this game? And yes I also have a PC but it runs perfect on that PC. I like to play Elden Ring everywhere that's why I use my laptop. You don't have to comment "Just buy a pc"

Stupid questions, but:

Have you checked your resolution and made certain ray-tracing is off? Either one of those can eat your framerate with the quickness.

Yeah I turned RTX off cuz laptop cause global warming when you turn it on and my resolution is 1920 x 1200 even though my display reccomends 2560 x 1600

I have a lower end PC, used to be top but not anymore, lol. It is like min for the game I do believe and I tweaked it to where I stay pretty close to 50-60fps most of the time, never have had a real issue.

God bless

Low FPS can have a lot of causes.

At hardware side:

Low RAM Settings (3000mhz Dual Channel is the mininum for stable fps)
Throttle functions in the Laptop.

At Software side:

Background apps
System problems
Driver problems
Faulty EAC installation
notebooks/laptops are a bit special, they sometimes come with absurd manufacturer settings.
i once had a fujitsu siemens notebook, that was good but had complete nonsense preinstalled settings for flashy presentation purposes. i had to undo a lot of crap to use it properly.

i would check the settings for weird stuff, they might have limited the refresh rate of the graphics card for example, so that there are no stutters when showcasing some graphics benchmark. In my case they gave windows far too much ram and pushed all the background stuff to max.

You can't know, you can only test if a clean EAC reinstall helps.

delete the 'EasyAntiCheat_EOS' folder in C:\Program Files (x86)

then Use Registry Editor to delete all keys and values that had 'EasyAntiCheat_EOS' to do this search up "REGEDIT" in search.
right-click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Find and look up the term EasyAntiCheat_EOS and delete any you can find by search again.

then go into elden ring's game files in the installation folder and navigate to easy anti cheat, and click on the install_easyanticheat_eos_setup

a prompt will pop up and hit enter

Also make sure your laptop is connected to a power cable, otherwise it might throttle the cpu
