I feel like I just crashed against a brick wall here...
I made it to the dragon temple grace, mainly by running away from mobs, specially dragons... but I can't seem to be able to push any further.
Everything hits like a truck and in the narrow corridors it's hard to use my magic effectively.
I'm too under leveled, it's not doable for magic users?

For the record, I'm 119, with 51 vigor, 65 int, 12 endurance, 9 strength, and 12 dexterity. Still not wearing any armor or weapon, besides robes and two staves.

All of these are great, but have you considered, C a r i a n s l i c e r . Genuinally though, unseen form or assasins gambit is a good idea, to either just run past enemies or get an advantage with the first hit, and then carian slicer will just do consistently high dmg.

Just keep trying, and use better spells if you have, like night comet or cannok of haima, and for melee range you could try things like adula's moonblade

@OP try the carian greatsword sorcery. it has damage level 3 against mobs according to this spreadsheet:

damage level 3 is the same as the colossal sword R1, which means itll hitlock almost every mediumsized enemy (not crucible dudes though). it only costs 12 fp, does good damage and has a good arc, but the important part thatll make you win fights is the hitstun.

The main problem are those damned wind knights, one tiny mistake, and I'm dead.

And right after posting this, I could dash into the boss room, and kill the godskin duo.

12 endurance is pretty low. Even with a mage build, I put some points into endurance so I can strap on decent armor, and not get one-shot staggered when blocking.

while i agree, the reason is not so much the added defense, but putting some points into endurance helps mages because of the max stamina.
it softcaps at 30, so id not advice to go any further.

I am not sure what exactly is your problem.
If you need to be level 200 or higher to fight godskins duo go ahead. I will not stop you.

For average player level 90 or 100 is more than enough for that area and boss.
It is fine to overlevel if someone wants or needs it.

I just pointed out to be level 119 there is not underleveled as TC claimed.
That is my opinion and you don't have to agree with it.

Why that triggered you so much you felt the need to insult only you know.
