Uhhh... How dare someone propose people want novel stories from different perspectives. What a monster?
How dare a CEO believe that their company has a purpose and people could talk to their own marketing teams about it? I'm shocked.
Also, terrorizing the companies to hire you and feel that they need you doesnt paint you in a good light.
Clip cut out of context, which is a typical maneuver. And when pointed out under the tweet, it doesn't matter because you guys are also well trained in lame tactics such as "misunderstanding on purpose" and "doubting everything a lot except what my tribe says - that is never questioned at all"...
Untrue. They have been writing most games since 2020. Do some basic research, it's all out there. Why do you think this game like many others nowadays has body type 1 and 2. Why do you think The Lands Between is ruled by a woman and the most powerful bosses are all women? Because Sweet Baby Inc. wrote this game.
Exactly. It's not like anyone else has ever done that when joking. Professional comics like Dave Chappelle certainly never have.
Ah, number one: "misunderstanding on purpose"
It's great how you exactly reproduce the bullcrap of your fellows.
Seriously, bro, get outta here.
It will be, okay.
You will be, okay.
The reason there are strong female characters, is because they sell better to the Japanese audience.
Be happy they are not all teenagers.
Like that obnoxious girl from Forspoken, the dialogue of that game was soooo cringe...
Granted apparently SBI had nothing to do with that game, but still, that game was so bad it tanked the company.
Them not being teenagers makes it a million times more woke. If they were Japanese High School girls like in the Persona games it would be way more traditionally cultured.
NOT to get all anthropologically nerdy...
but considering the armor configurations of this game.. it feels...
'Unlikely', That a japanesse female would have been permitted to even bare a single weapon of this game...
Which DOES happen and I mean...it's the point of the company. So I don't think "go explain the point of working with this company to avoid marketing risk" is that surprising.
Which isn't me saying I think the company is worth working with, since I don't care about the social media outrage that working with them is supposed to avoid.
But you can point out that it's a questionable company without making up lies like they're running around threatening people. If people weren't being so dumb about it, I'd agree with them that I certainly don't LIKE that CEO particularly. I wouldn't want to be their friend. But I don't really go around hating every random stranger I have an ideological disagreement with
There is a naginata so that's definitely not entirely true given that they're kinda famous for use by women
