You could also do something like inherent bleed weapon + cold affinity left hand and right hand bleed inherent + the bloodfire (or whatever it is called, its a red buff icon which gives both bleed + fire element) on right hand thus you get good bleed + frostbite + fire to reset and the buff is a DoT type buff so it prevents bleed decaying briefly after a hit making it easier to maintain and build up. Just one example idea. The frostbite weapon buff has a pretty good build up stat, too, iirc (might want to check wiki to verify tho). Inherent bleed = weapons that are naturally bleed and can be further infused with other affinity like cold/fire/more bleed/etc. such as Uchigatana katana.
