Does Reduvia get better in the later stages of the game?
+10 also really helps
Plus 110 critical for a backstab or parry & riposte is also nice to have. In PVE very good against pests like runebears, some bosses that react well to bleeding like Mogh etc. Finishing off Mogh with the small dagger while the god of hemorrhage lashes out with the bulky component is a nice touch.
Reduvia is a must for every dextery build, and for all others that can or want to provide 13 dex and 13 arc.
Song of praise end
I was honestly surprised, how much better daggers are in general for PvE, compared to previous soulsgames (where they're only useful as offhand for pokes in PvP with some exceptions, like Murky's in DS3), especially if you build around them. Powerstance it with with some other status-dagger and you only need the AoW on Reduvia to keep the damage going when you're not quite within range. You can even make stealthy backstab builds work outside of bossfights. The "Darkness"-incant works on a surprising number of enemies.
