Stop it.
Seconded.
For anyone too lazy to google, Sweet Baby Inc.[sweetbabyinc.com] is a narrative consulting firm focusing on improving diversity and characterization in games. For reference, this is a company that was consulted to help improve God of War: Ragnarok, Alan Wake 2, and Sable.
If they did work on ER (not listed on official site, but it is on the IMBD thing OP linked), it evidently wasn't enough because the narrative in this game is still ass.
seem sweet baby inc is a co-writing company with focus on inclusivity, oddly one of the things they are being attacked for is games correctly using they and them in third person referencing dialog, other things are people of colour in games, trand and black lives matter flags in spider man 2's new york.
as for their potential invollvement in elden ring ,if they actually are, would need a credits check for that, i am struggling to actual think of any unless it is the empyrean miqullea and saint trina thing or character customisation. the reason i say actually are is several site (imdb and wikipedia) have been edited to wrongly have sweet baby inc involved.
Pot meet kettle:

Shameless repost of my response in the thread above:
In short, attempting to elucidate a response using lies and obfuscation makes you every bit as bad as Sweet Baby Inc.
