Lansseax not spawning

It's been 2 years and i thought they would have patched this by now. Does anyone know how to get Ancient Dragon Lansseax to spawn near Rampartside Path Site of Grace? I have already fought Lansseux at Abandoned Coffin. I have not been to Faram Azula. I have done everything up till before burning the erdtree. This is on ng+.

I've tried:
1) Pass time to morning, rest
2) Pass time to noon, rest
3) Pass time to night, rest
4) Dying and doing 1-3
5) Doing 1-4 at different Sites of Grace

south of the site of grace, there is an elevation, if you go up there he will come flying from the direction of lyndell.
about the abandoned coffin, he will vanish into some kind of fog when youve gotten him below 90%. you might want to consider rechecking the abondoned coffin location to make sure you really got him below 90%.

also, since i just dealt with him just now to answer your question, i can tell you that he will spawn around noon on the elevation next to the rampart path site, but i didnt bother to check for the other times of day.

He will spawn any time on that Rampart site path elevation area... I think there's no need to spawn him on the abandoned coffin area

I know where he spawns. I've been there multiple times over the past year and a half. He doesn't spawn for me. I have rechecked the abandoned coffin area multiple times as well and he doesn't spawn there as well since I already fought him there.
