Steam Deck white screen on launch
The game crashes to a white screen after the Easy Anti-Cheat loader. Armored Core also has this issue. I've tried reinstalling, changing Proton versions, but nothing seems to do anything. I couldn't find any helpful fixes on Google.

That sucks and I hope you get it working, Ive had no problems playing on the Deck. Are you playing on the OLED version?

No, it's either the second or third wave edition.

The weird thing is, when I first bought the game it worked fine. I have no idea what changed

Put it on experimental, happened with my decks after one of the updates.

Try doing this, go into compatibility, it’s in the settings menu (the gear icon on the right side of the start game screen).

Check the box that says, “Force the use of a specific steam play comparability tool”.

Then select proton 8.0-5

Hope that works for you

I don't have a Steam Deck; I run Linux. If this started happening after a SteamOS update, you may need to verify your game files. When you do this on Linux, it rebuilds the game container and reinstalls dependencies.

Also, check your downloads section and see if there are any pending downloads for Steam runtimes.

I tried that before posting here (as well as several other proton versions)

I tried the first part with AC with no results, but I'll try again here.
No steam runtimes in downloads.

I'm having the same exact issue and have tried all of the above. Anyone find a solution?

it's probably an issue with anti cheat. i would uninstall it, then reinstall anticheat. there's guides online. also, deleting temp files could help.

I've met my demise regarding this same issue- have tried every step mentioned here previously & to no avail...

With that said, any updates on your end?

Sadly had to re-image the deck and that fixed the issue.
