If it is a original Windows open command prompt as Administrator and run
Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Sfc /scannow
If it is a pirated or debloated Windows this command will destroy your System completely.
I ask because if EAC was installed at windows 10 and you done a upgrade to 11 this can cause that EAC needs to be completely deleted from the System including registry keys to install it fresh.
Windows 10 has a different Version of this file than Windows 11.
This is how to clean reinstall EAC
delete the 'EasyAntiCheat_EOS' folder in C:\Program Files (x86)
then Use Registry Editor to delete all keys and values that had 'EasyAntiCheat_EOS' to do this search up "REGEDIT" in search.
right-click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Find and look up the term EasyAntiCheat_EOS and delete any you can find by search again.
then go into elden ring's game files in the installation folder and navigate to easy anti cheat, and click on the install_easyanticheat_eos_setup
a prompt will pop up and hit enter
