How to not miss any bosses or areas in Elden Ring?
I swear I have 250 hours yet i still find places/bosses i've never even been, what should I do if I want to start a fresh file and not miss anything at all? Is there a good guide you all know that I can follow ?

the game feels like such a headache sometimes compared to dark souls. I feel like I always missed things and can't go back except by starting all over again
What do you mean you can't go back? It's an open world game with fast travel.

As far as not missing anything, Fighting Cowboy has a walkthrough you can watch, I'm pretty sure it covers every area and boss.

so does the fextralife walkthrough. but i assume op doesn't want to continuously reference text or watch a video while going through the game. so a printable checkoff list with a map or the mod with the checkoff list overlay would do it imo.

no but i meant like the volcano manor if you dont do the quest then you practically cant even access the zone, ive never even fought malenia because i have no idea where she is. this type of stuff.

That's not true, you can still do all of volcano manor without doing the quest. You just have to talk to tanith to get the key then go thru the secret passage. I think there's even a way to skip getting the key, but it's risky. I'm not sure if it got patched out or not, but you could drop down into the magma after getting abducted in ray lucaria.

For malenia, you need to go to the albinauric village and get 1 half of the medallion from the albinauric disguised as a pot, and the other half is in castle sol after defeating the boss.

Just referencing a map can be a good way to get started. I even recently found one side dungeon I either completely missed, or haven't come across since my first save.

As for Malenia, once you get the secret medallion like 2001 said (and use it at the Dectus lift iirc) keep heading north to Ordina, Liturgical Town. Solve the puzzle there, and you'll unlock a portal to the area that Malenia rules.
