If you don't care about finishing all bosses and maps just for the sake of finishing them / completion, then no. You aren't missing out on anything at all. The most relevant aspect is it is useful for the best rune farm in the game, something you may very well not care about but if you do you can literally just run to that spot and ignore the rest of it. The other issue is the DLC. If you don't plan to get the DLC and mainly care about finishing the game then no need to do it.

There is a boss, some helpless albunaurics, 2 flask seeds but if you pick one and rest at grace or die then the other one disappears, a final upgrade for somber weapons and spirit ashes, a merchant, some ugly birds and dogs, Varae maybe, and a cool egg.

Explore everywhere!

The outer area has some irritating enemies (rot crows), but they can be simply sprinted past quite easily. Lots of albinaurics, but they're very easy. The indoor area has some irritating mobs in the form of zombie hordes, but you can just saunter past them with impunity. There are also a few sanguine nobles, but I actually really enjoy fighting them. The boss of the area is a pretty fun fight.

I absoluetly dont care about any rune, weapon or spell. I just want to play the fun part of the game. Like if i would miss the Morgott fight or Melina burning the Erdtree animaton i would be really upset.

Beyond what has already been said there is a small cutscene and the DLC will have its entry point here.
mogh is slow moving, so if you play ranged, theres almost nothing.
If you play melee, then there is an interesting boss fight ahead.

mohg is my favorite boss so you should fight him he's not too hard and gives alot of runes
The Mogh fight is really fun so if you're only interested in the fun part of the game I recommend going to this area. It's not a large zone so it doesn't take too much time to get to the boss.

I agree that Mogh is one of the better fights. He also isn't excessively tanky imo.
I love all of the Omen bosses.
The Haligdrake +2 talisman is there in the blood swamp, it's worth getting for the final boss fight.
There's a free Somber Dragon smithing stone in a chest before the Mohg fight. For me going to this area is worth picking one up since you only get 7 or 8 in one playthrough.
Oh and you might want to go kill Eleonora for the Purifying Crystal Tear, though you don't need it to win.
