Seluvis isnt spawned in at Ranni's rise

I was playing seamless coop with my friends and we got to Ranni's rise and Seluvis didn't spawn so we cannot progress through the game, are we soft-locked? I read somewhere that validating the steam files fixes it but that didn't work. Is there any other fix for this?

you don't even need to talk to Seluvis to finish the game just move on

I'm aware I didn't have to go to Ranni's rise to finish the game but im here now and theres a wall stopping me from leaving. According to the wiki and guides I need to talk to Ranni and the ghosts but one isn't spawning. I can't even fast travel. So I can't really move on.

Turn off the mod and try again by yourself. Might be a bug

I think it's a bug too but I am doing it on my own, still nothing
