error 30004 when starting crashes computer, please help

I'm at a complete loss, i've tried several things to fix this and succeeded for literally a day, now the error is back and i don't know why or how to fix it. i ran the system scan, i uninstalled and reinstalled the game and EasyAntiCheat both and separately. I'm too computer illiterate for this, please help a lowly tarnished re-enter the lands between!
