How can I get Somber Smithing Stone 7

I need help because I can't get the wrong warp to the capital and I need a Somber Smithing Stone 7. Is there another one I can get without great runes?

Yes. One is in volcano manor you just need to beat a boss but they see him rollin and hatin

Or you can do Ranni's quest, some sss7 are in Nokstella nad Lake of Rot if I remember right, along with other high-level upgrades

My problem with Ranni's quest is, I want to shoot the main story bosses with the Dragon Spells One and therefore I can't defeat Radahn yet

I don't think so, in early version of the game it was possible to do the whole legacy dungeon, and opening up the bridge before the boss fight(it's still possible) and then jumping on the ledge where the stone is, but... that ledge was patched and maybe there is very little chance to do this jump, I have no idea.
Edit. Anything is possible at lvl 1, you just need to believe though(but I guess you would need a lot of buffs and even more patience). Maybe look up godskin noble RL1 and I am sure someone did it.

do you have access to leyndell royal capital ? if you do you can go into the shunning grounds and get 2-3 of them there are down next to 2 lobsters and one more is next to a and omen from what i remember you just need to run and grab it
btw if you have do not have access to leyndell and tree sentinel blocks the way you can summon tarragon he is very tanky or you can chess ledge him whit a parry and some attacks

You can try getting the Taunter's Tongue and turning it on next to the elevator at the divine bridge. If an invader spawns at the bottom (or spawns at the top, realizes what you want and uses the finger to respawn there), they can pull the lever and you have your skip. Might be hard to get invaded at lvl 50 with a +6 somber weapon, though.

Godskin? Yeah he's easy. Sleep pot, bleed weapon, stagger and riposte while he is waking up, sleep pot again, and repeat. it can take a few times, but if you have the right setup (and timing) he can't get an attack off.

Are you doing an RL1 run?
